Fine Art Storage

GalleryExpress operates a 23,000 sq. ft. custom-renovated fine art storage facility in Toronto. We offer both ambient storage (21°C) and relative-humidity-controlled (RH) environments maintaining 50 RH ± 5%. The facility is 24/7 monitored with cameras and a UL-rated central station alarm, a wet pipe sprinkler system, and masonry construction throughout. Fire Station 145 is five minutes away.

LED lighting with no UV exposure is used throughout. The facility is located outside the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority’s identified flood plains. Loading docks accommodate 53-foot tractor trailers, and a private viewing room with museum-grade lighting is available for client access, appraisal, photography, and presentation.

Storage is available for individual works, partial collections, or full gallery inventory. Works are racked and shelved on art-appropriate systems. Retrieval, inspection, and condition checking are available on scheduled request.
