International Shipping

GalleryExpress manages long-haul and intermodal shipments for clients moving artwork across Canada, across the border into the United States, and internationally. We coordinate ground transport, air freight, and combination routes depending on timeline, artwork requirements, and budget.

Cross-border shipments require accurate documentation, customs declarations, and coordination with CBSA on arrival in Canada. We handle CERS submissions, cultural export permits, CITES documentation, and carnet coordination as part of our services. We are a bonded Canadian carrier and have a Customs Bonded Warehouse for duty- and tax-deferred options.

We operate a regular Toronto–New York fine art shuttle. We regularly act as the single point of coordination for complex multi-leg shipments – originating the crate build, managing collection, coordinating freight, and arranging final delivery at destination: whether you are relocating your art collection from Florida back to Canada, or shipping estate items to Europe.
