Crating

GalleryExpress fabricates custom wooden crates and packing solutions sized to individual works and shipments. Materials are selected to match the specific requirements of the piece, whether a large-format canvas, fragile sculpture, work on paper, or panel painting. All crates comply with ISPM 15 standards for international phytosanitary requirements.

Each crate is built in-house by our team. Padding, bracing, and interior fittings are specified to the artwork’s dimensions, weight, and fragility. Condition reporting and photography is available at the time of packing to support transit and insurance documentation.

Packing services can be provided as a standalone project or as part of a broader engagement that includes transport, storage, and/or installation.
